Boardwalk Burgers

‘pdg’ designed various locations of this new-to-Canada Franchse: Acadia, Crowfoot, West 85th, Airdrie and Cochrane. (1,650-2,100 sq. ft.)
These projects entailed incorporating a franchise design from the United States and implementing in various sized and shaped locations adapting designs for local building codes and working on sourcing local products while maintaining franchise requirements. All locations required full new kitchens, with outdoor patios added to some locations.

                   

 

Sal's Flatbread

Hip bakery and casual eatery with a Mediterranean influence. 2,225 sq. ft.
For this project, the building was an existing outdated food service establishment which required renovations and all new finishing for the preparation/serving area as well as customer dining area.

 

 

Tea Factory

Modern shop featuring exotic teas with pastries, food, and retail. 1,250 sq. ft.
The Tea Factory was a new independent food service concept, focusing highly on exotic teas, complemented with small foods and pastries. Existing retail zoned location required implementation of washrooms and all health and safety aspects of construction to meet code for food service.
