This was a renovation of an old pub in the basement of a 100 year old hotel in Banff, which needed a refreshing new look to go with a brand change. Distinct Canadiana with a clever marketing twist required a substantial re-model to both modernize it and bring it back to a destination pub in the heart of a bustling tourist community. Elements of whimsy and fun highlight a large space, creating entertainment areas, casual dining or simply hanging out for a bit of respite from the bustling lifestyle of a recreational tourist.
