This downtown restaurant was a renovation of a previous location to a new brand for the owners. It marries the upscale environment with the casual rustic design movement that is trending. The parameters for maintaining a few of the existing elements, and the high level of dining experience this restaurant group is known for, required a deft hand in implementing bold changes that would still fit with the high end menu and wine list for the daily downtown corporate clientele, and evening upscale patrons. ‘pdg’ worked closely with the brand managers to ensure all design elements and the overall décor and mood met with the new direction to present a more approachable atmosphere to a fine dining menu.
